Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Shipping typically takes 1 - 3 business days within Singapore.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

A: Yes, contact cs@ariseo.com within 24 hours. If the order hasn't shipped, we can update your address.



Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently only ship within Singapore. We will be having a Korea store opening & website coming soon.

Q: What if my item is lost or stolen?
A: Once the order is marked delivered to the address you provided, it’s considered delivered. Please contact the carrier for claims.



Q: Can I exchange for a different size?

A: You can return the original item for a store credit refund and place a new order.



Q: How do I track my order?

A: You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order has shipped.



Q: What do I do if my product is defective?

A: Contact support at cs@ariseo.com with photos within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through replacement or refund.
